Story of WESZTA-T Ltd.


Weszta-t Ltd. shaped in 1991 and it received small part of MMG-AM product's profile. MMG-AM instrument factory shaped in 1899, which started it's activity with making of laboratory and educational (school) tools. The factory switched to the production of optional parts, after the First World War, and certainly it kept the earlier product scale.



After the Second World War the manufacturing should have been reorganized again. Next to the optional parts, the vehicle instrument manufacturing started up too. They started to produce instruments, proper dash panels of trucks, motorcycles, busses, and car's dash panels in the late sixties.
In the late eighties, this dash panel manufacturing already approached the two million pieces/year. MMG-AM became the biggest instrument factory in the country. After the political transformation, the factory disappeared. The caused damage was huge, 4500 people's workplace fell dead.


Some keen engineers came from this group to start the Weszta-T Ltd., so they could hold the piece of the culture of instrument manufacturing. In this way Weszta-T Ltd. Shaped and it's elemental aim is the instrument manufacturing mainly for the gas and oil industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and for power stations.
Considering the property relations, the firm is hungarian's property (Four owners). They fixed the firm's profile with their technological experience of many decades. Nowadays the focus/focal point is rearranged.
In addition to its own designed instrument's production, primarily to support this activity, they created a component suppliers' manufacturing base,which ensures the continuous revenues to the company's smooth operation.
With this and with help various applications, the operation of the designer engineer team (8- 10 members) is assured at the testers responsible for continuous development
