introduction because of this already in 2000. The quality management handbook fixes the
quality politics of Weszta-T Ltd, wich contains the definitions of all of expressions and
concepts, the criterias and exhibits of the certificates, and inferences which can be deducted
from these.
The final goal is the documentation of the employees' preparedness and their commitment.
The forming and institution of the quality management system count as a general requirement,
and in the course of the development of his efficiency and his efficiency the approach with a
process view is also a general requirement.
The Quality manager of Weszta-t Ltd. is responsible for determining of all quality
management procedures and instructions, which is necessary to ensure the satisfaction of the
customers' requirements and it is also necessary to the related services.
These quality procedures and instructions take into account the ISO 9001 standard and the
requirements of the Ltd’s customers.
After the preparation of the documents, (quality manual, procedures and other forms, records)
the handling is controlled by the procedures for quality assurance in the drafting of tender,
contracting, purchasing, warehousing and delivery phases.
